Default Hello!! Newbie here from MS Gulf Coast

Hello everyone. I decided to join the forum in hopes of support. I've tried a lot of dieting with no permanent results. I'm a nursing student working on my Bachelor's. I want to be a good role model in my work field. I look forward to meeting new friends on here.

I've joined a great gym in my town and I enjoy the atmosphere. I hope to go 5 times a week. Due to my busy schedule I have yet to develop a decent eating schedule. If anyone has any ideas for quick healthy foods...please let me know. Once again, I look forward. Thank you. Have a great week

Jaime

Cherry-- and good luck. Check out http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=218 for some recipes. I saw one for freezable breakfast burritos and one for protein pancakes.

Also, lurk around on Diet Central and see if you can find a plan that will fit into you're lifestyle. I'm sure grad school can be difficult, so you'll have to find something that works for YOU.

Any support you need can be found here. Just Ask.

Jaimee

Fellow nurse, I am new too. I understand the grab & go
I think that is what puts the weight on is our unhealthy eeating habits
& putting everyone ahead of our needs

I had good luck with healthy fast food & a 5 n1 plan.
GOod luck with your weight loss journey
