Apparently I've been here before.. when I tried to sign up I found that I already had!

So hello !! Erm, again!

I'm Leslie and I'm trying to get back on tra... no, I'm on a whole new track! I recently bought a bike and found it to be a very motivating for of exercise! My husband is very patient with me and I decided to take the next step and add diet to the exercising.

So here I am! I'm looking forward to finding a supporting place - because I think I need it

Hi Leslie!

I cannot COUNT the number of times I've done that...tried to create an account, and realized that I already did. But anyway.

You might want to head on over to the "Exercise Accountability" thread...it's a great way to keep that momentum moving for working out. The 100 lb club might be a good place to start for you as well - it's a very active, supportive group of those who are on their way to losing or have lost 100 lbs or so.

What sort of eating plan are you following?

Can't wait to hear more from you soon!

Thanks for the thread suggestions - I'll check them out!

I'm doing a low-carb diet. Though I'm slowly working my way from carb-addict to low-carb. I can't seem to go cold turkey !
