I cannot COUNT the number of times I've done that...tried to create an account, and realized that I already did. But
anyway.
You might want to head on over to the "Exercise Accountability" thread...it's a great way to keep that momentum moving for working out. The 100 lb club might be a good place to start for you as well - it's a very active, supportive group of those who are on their way to losing or have lost 100 lbs or so.
What sort of eating plan are you following?
