Hello everyone....I read about this site in People Mag....I thought it was too good to be true...I soooo need someone to talk to that's just like me...My friends are either in denial or they tell me I don't really have a problem...I was just told yesterday that I am Diabetic...Cholesterol is sky high, and Hypertension....My blinders are off...I'm scared to death...Dr. suggested Gastro bypass....I said no...I need to do this without surgery...I hope to learn from you all....Thank you for being here.....Cynthia
