What a GREAT name for a website like this! Adorable!

I've done the SBD a few times and have been pretty successful. I started over 3 weeks ago after taking a break for about 7 months. I'm struggling because it's hot here and I want FRUIT! I was going to scrap phase one for now and eat fruit all summer.... but this website really encouraged me to stick with it. I am planning on staying on phase one for awhile longer because I've got a ways to go. I've lost apx 9 lbs so far, but I want to keep going!

What would help right now is a shopping list.... a CHEAP shopping list!

Yikes, a diet that restricts you from eating fruit? That sounds a little scary to me- not only is fruit a wonderful, healthful thing to eat, it's a great diet food because it tends to be so low in calories. Deprivation in diet can lead to some serious struggles, and since you already said you're struggling because of it, maybe you should consider modifying the diet you're following and allowing yourself to have fruit?
