Hello, Im a new girl from ky. This is the 1st time introducing myself to people. But here goes. I never knew this site for women was out there. But it looks like alot of other women have known this for a long time. I think it's wonderful to have a site for women that are dieting plus other issues.I sure hope that I can make some friends and learn alot of things from here. I've had the ear stapling (so called diet) on the 2nd of April. So far so good almost 28 lbs. On Tues the 9th of June I have my first set taken out & a new set of staples put in. I was wondering if anyone lese has had any luck with this procedure? Would love to hear from you gals. Thanx

Hi HG! I don't know anything about the stapling, but just wanted to say that you came to the right place! I only stumbled across this site less than a month ago, but I am soooo glad I did. You'll find lots of helpful information here. Good luck!

Welcome! I just joined myself in May - I absolutely LOVE this place and hope you do too! Everyone is very helpful and supportive. I'd love to hear more about your diet - I'm not at all familiar with it. I'm on South Beach.... Hope you like it here!
