Well, I lost a good bit of weight and you know what? I took it forgranted. Mostly I lost it because of IBS. Now it is gone and I have balloned to a weight I have never been before...nearly 200 lbs. and when I think of it I want to eat more because I hate being like this; if I could just reverse my thinking and be moving like the carrot at the top of this message.

As I'm sure you well know, eating will not solve this problem. In fact, if the problem isn't hunger, food's not going to solve it.

You've lost it once. This time, you can lose it again, and you can keep it off. You can apply what you've learned before to this time.

You can do this!
