So, I've been the "fat kid" my whole life and I've decided to finally do something about it! I need some support with my decision to lose weight! Everyone here seems really nice and I hope that this group helps with the new changes I want to make!

You have come go a great place for support. People here are wonderful. Each of us is on the same journey. A journey to a more healthy and thinner body.

By eating the required amounts of the right foods for our body and exercising we get a great side effect. Weight loss and a healthy body.
