Hi! I just found this site today, so I haven't explored much yet, but wanted to jump in. I lost over a 100 pounds on Weight Watchers a few years ago, but then proceeded to gain most of it back. I'm too embarrassed to go back to meetings, but I started doing the plan on my own a couple weeks ago. I feel like I have hope again, but I do miss the comaraderie of meetings, so I'm trying this!
I'm a Weight Watcher, too! There's a section under Diet Central for Weight Watchers that you should check out. You might also like the 100lb club support group, for those of us who have had to lose, or are losing 100 lbs or more. (But anyone can post there, really!)
Don't be ashamed to go back to meetings! It's important. The meetings are there to help us, and yes, often people in the meetings help me out, too, with their experiences.
