I totally agree with PrettyPaula! Counting Calories and exercising is the only successful "diet" I've come across. Just a little bit of advice, invest in some good scales! I was relying on mine that were just over 3 years old and for the last few months they've been telling me I was 10st 4lbs, well weighed myself at the docs yesterday and I'm actually 9st 10lbs lol!! Just a bit of a difference eh!?
Good tip I found if weight loss becomes stubborn, lower your carb intake for a week and you should start losing again!
