Hello! - New to 3FCs

  • Hi. I just caught this site by chance. I really like the support and everyone seems really nice with common goals-to improve their lives. A little about me. I was working towards joining the army reserves. Lost 15 of the needed 30 lbs and then plans changed so I stopped working out. I am 80 lbs away from my healthy weight and am hoping this site will help encourage me to get back on track and to keep going.Thanks. Clare
