Hey all! My name is Andrea and I’m 21 from good ol NJ. It seems I’m back a the beginning again. Around 6 years ago I weighed my heaviest of 240 lbs and went on a diet and lost around 85lbs. At 5’11, 155 fit me well. It took me about a year or so to lose the weight, but I did it. About a year later I moved to college and gained back my freshman 15, but at 170 I still looked good. I stayed that weight until a little over a year ago when it started creeping up. After a few months it was 180, which I can live with I mean I still looked okay. Yeah my clothes were really snug but I just went out and bought clothes for a 13/14. Well then my life basically fell apart and I just stopped caring about weight and that’s when I blew up. So now here I am at 215lbs. Ughh, but I’ve decided to start over again. I went on the south beach diet 3 days ago because it has worked for me in the past before. In college I would go on it for a bit lose like 10 pounds and then go off. I’m pretty excited about getting fit again, and look forward to using the support of this forum.
