Hi. I'm Fash, 21 yrs old, college student, mother of one, crazy activist type, etc., etc...and I weigh 226 lbs. Right now I'm just gathering all the information I need about constructing a fitness and nutrition plan and I hope to get started on losing the weight tomorrow. My goal is around 130-140, and I hope the tips and accountability here can keep me on the right path.

You may want to check out the 20-somethings forum, a group for those in their 20's...quite an active and chatty group!

Otherwise, look around, find as many spots as feel comfortable, and settle in. Can't wait to hear more from you soon!
