Hi! I'm new here! I had a health scare earlier in the year which caused me to dedicate myself to doing whatever it takes to get healthy. I'm using the Weight Watchers core plan and I started walking and riding my recumbent bike. Recently, I've been reading up on Volumetrics, so I am hoping to get those books soon. Hopefully I will find encouragement here, and also give some to others.
