New to 3FC: committed to getting healthy!
 

Hi! I'm new here! I had a health scare earlier in the year which caused me to dedicate myself to doing whatever it takes to get healthy. I'm using the Weight Watchers core plan and I started walking and riding my recumbent bike. Recently, I've been reading up on Volumetrics, so I am hoping to get those books soon. Hopefully I will find encouragement here, and also give some to others.

Weight Watchers is a great plan and Volumetrics will work into any good health plan very well. thanks guys! I'm so glad I joined. I will definitely join in some of the discussions. It's a long road of lifelong effort to be healthy. It sure will help to get some encouragement here. (Hopefully give some too!)
