I think what is most important is that you change your thinking from "I have NO willpower" to "I can do it!" (or something positive). If you tell yourself you can't do it, then you won't be able to do it.
I always believed that I had no will power and could never stay on a diet. And that negative thinking kept me eating! But now I am changing how I think, and believing that I can stop eating! And I CAN.
You can too! You just have to believe that you can.
