I'm pretty old hat at all this stuff but i've been getting increasingly frustrated not losing any weight doing the whole low fat thing, so ive come back online to help with the low carb thing again. i know it works i just dont like it, but hey i hate being fat more right?!

thanks for the warm welcome everyone... day 2 is going ok so far!! im suffering with my back today but trying to stop taking pain killers... i feel they hinder weight loss!
