New here... hola everyone!!!!

  • I'm new to the forum and just wanted to introduce myself! I've been wanting to lose weight for quite some time now. About a year ago I had lost about 40 pounds but then I went through some hard times. To comfort myself I ate my sorrows away and gained all the weight I lost back.

    I've been having some health issues lately and know that it's time to start taking better care of myself. My mother has recently lost over 90 pounds so I know that it can be done! I just need to get a boost of willpower and I know I can do it! I hope I can find some support and give the same back to you all!

    Thank you everyone! Today I made sure I ate the right things and my mother and I just went on a 45 min bike ride around the city! I'm starting to feel better already!
