[SIZE="4"]Hi, I am new to this and would love to meet some people so I don't feel so alone. I am a Weight Watcher and get this.... a LIFETIME MEMBER. But I have to pay cuz I gained it back. I can't get motivated and would like advice from anyone WW or not. I love sharing recipes and offering what little advice I might have to others!!

Thanks for replying, I was feeling like no one was on right now. I love Weight Watchers. I KNOW the plan works, it is me who doesn't. I have checked out this website a lot of times and decided maybe someone or lots of someones could help me.

Sometimes the motivation just doesn't come, and we have to go digging for it. I've stopped waiting for inspiration, and have realized that I just have to "do" instead of thinking about doing it. Hang in there.
Please post anywhere you feel comfortable, and let us know if you need any directions.

That would be GREAT!!! I suck at journaling!!! I am sure I would be skinny already if I could just journal. The last time I did WW I wrote down everything that went in my mouth and now I can't do it for even a day. I only eat stuff that I know the points for but it doesn't do any **** good if I don't write it down so I stay within my points!
Hey Calla! I'm a WW Lifetime member too and ... yup starting all over again after maintaining a 62lb weight loss for 3 years! So you are definitely NOT alone here!
hi CallaLily (love your name, that's a cool flower : ) -- I'm not good at writing food down long term, but if I do it for even a couple of days it somehow reminds me, for the next few days, to be superconscious. (Did that make sense?) So I end up writing stuff down for maybe 2 days out of every ten. So far I think it's going okay; I have resisted weighing for a few days, but my clothes feel looser. (I keep tugging on my pants I'm wearing today to make sure I haven't ripped them, they feel loose!)
Yeah, I am kinda obsessed with Calla Lillies. When I got remarried last year that is what my "bouquet" was. Hopefully, I will be able to get motivated. Maybe we can hold each other accountable.
