Hello all,

I have been on this site ages ages ages ago, INFACT 2 YEARS AGO CRIKEY !

I have now decided to come back as I need the support when temptation creeps in and Im sick of not feeling my best. I normally loose 10lb or so feel great loose a dress size then go off plan.

I have lost some weight already myself in the last 3 weeks 8.5lbs and I want to keep going. My goal is to be fitter and healthier and in a dress size 2 smaller than I am now. Currently a size 14 and want to be a 10.

Plan to eat heallthier and have smaller portions and drink lots of water, I live on in the city and can run along the tyne (trying not to fall in )

SO thats me, age 31 size 14 5ft 3 and needing to lose weight !

Im hoping to loose about another 21bs then see what I look like. Its hard to jude but shall use my clothes for sure

Nice to "see" you again.

Clothing fit is definitely a good way to measure progress. I have one pair of pants that are my guideline. It's great when they get loose in the waist and you know you are winning the battle!
