Hi. I've been doing a "lifestyle change" for a little over a week now. I started at 157 and am already down to 149 (week of detox) and was wondering if there are any people in the 145-160 range who are currently trying to get to 120-130 or who have already done so that would like to be weight loss buddies with me, preferably by email or on here is fine too. Hey angccat

It is my forst time here and i would like to have someone go threw this time with me too. After i had my baby, she is now 14 months, i had a hard time loosing weight. so when i found Atkins i was really happy to start. i started two weeks ago and started at 163 and now i am 154. i am 5feet and 6inches. i would like to be 135-130. i hope that we would be able to help eachother.
