Yes, I'm doing a circuit of bodyweight exercises at home, 3 or 4 days per week.

My diet is where I need the most work! I feel like I know what I should be doing, but doing it is another story..

hi TamiSammy (your name is fun to say!) -- yeah, "doing it" is always the hard part! Choose something that you know you can do and stick with; I have vowed that I'm going to get rid of my "fat clothes" (oh happy day!) and *never* buy those sizes again, never never never! Keep us posted on what you decide!
