Hello all! I am in week two of the couch to 5K running plan. Wanted to join a community to get a little more support with that. In general, I need to develop a healthier lifestyle. I need to lose weight and just improve my overall health. Looking forward to participating on the board!

We have LOTS of people here who do (and love!) the C25K program. There is even a dedicated thread here: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=135752

What sort of eating plan are you following? Most likely, we have a forum for it. You can also post in different areas based on how much you have to lose or by age range.

Wherever you post, settle in and stick around. I'm so glad you found us!

Honestly, I don't have an eating plan. That's part of my problem. I'm always on the go, so my eating is crap. So, that's something I'm working out this weekend.
