Hi! I am new to this site, but not new to weight struggles. Since I've met my husband (nearly 10 yrs. now), I've been gaining weight. After having my children, I gained more yet and feel like I need to make some serious changes. My main motivator is my health. I am just so energy-depleted and NO clothes fit or look nice. There's no hiding anymore.
So I am starting with the 5 pound challenge and hope this site will give me the accountablility and motivation I am lacking.
