I'm Erin, 29 (hitting 30 in June!). I'm married & have a beautiful dd. I knew I have been creeping up the scale for a while, but when my doctor informed me the latest round of labs I did came back with numbers indicating I was Pre-Diabetic I realized that I HAVE TO CHANGE. I have to lose weight. My Dr. has given me until the end of May to lose 10lbs in hopes that my numbers come down. I'm 2 weeks in & have lost 5lbs. So I'm setting a goal for myself of 15lbs by the end of May. My ultimate goal is 150.
I'm signing up for Curves tomorrow & am seriously considering WW.
