Default Hello Everyone. I'm new here..
Hello everyone. I'm also new here....

My name is Lisa. I am 39 yrs old & have been struggling with my weight since my early twenties. I came across this site while searching for diet & weight loss tips. I have done the WW plan before & had success with it. I am planning on starting this up again. It's nice to know that there are people out there that are struggling along with you & that you are not alone. I really need support from others. I don't feel that I can accomplish this on my own.

I'm a WWer, too There's even a Weight Watchers specific section under Diet Central that might help you get that group feeling even more! There's also a 30-somethings area where you can connect with people who are closer to your age. Have a look around, and post in whatever area you're comfortable.

Do check out the WW forums and 30-somethings...both would be a great fit!
