I don't have a set plan for eating and exercising yet. Right now I am researching all the different things I can do and writing down everything I eat. I love to dance and my daughter does too. I am going to try and find some good dance DVDs to watch with her to get us both moving.
I am also starting to seriously consider joining the local YMCA because I can get childcare there while working out. That seems to be the best option for me right now. I also am siging up for a yoga class with another mommy friend of mine.
