Hey y'all my name is Jill and I live in south Texas. My boyfriend and I both need to start eating healthier and working out. I don't want to lose very much but I do want to be toned and in shape. I'm hoping if I can start good habits now that they will continue once I start a family and whatnot. I need some support and motivation bc I am such a lazy bum and I need to help motivate my boyfriend. He works a lot and is tired in the evenings so I don't know how to get him working out.
