Ugh! Well, first things first, my name is Sheena and I am about to turn 28. I live in alabama with my dh, Jason and our son, Bradley. I am so sick of struggling with my weight. It has been a problem my whole life. From being a very small child to an overweight child to a small teen to an overweight adult. I have such a huge problem with willpower but I just feel like this time, I am going to accomplish my goals. Right now, I would just be tickled to be 199lbs. So that is going to be my "mini goal". I am counting calories and watching my carbs. I have done pretty good. When I first joined this site, I was at 260lbs and I lost down to 238lbs. Well, I did gain some of that back. I started a weight loss competition in January (Kmart) and my start weight was 249.2. Right now I am down to 239.2. Not bad for weight loss, but I usually lose weight much quicker than this! I need some love and support you guys!! Bring it on!! And hopefully I can be some support for you guys too!!
Maybe the fact that this time is different is a good thing. Lots of folks say that slow and steady is the way to go. Let's believe that, for you, this is the time that will permanently different. Effect, lasting, heathy ....

Sheena, congrats on the 10 pounds! and Welcome back!
We have an Easter Challenge going on the Calorie Counters' forum. You can join us, if you like, and set any kind of goal you want to reach before Easter, whether it's a few pounds or just staying on plan with your eating, exercising a certain amount, etc. That one has really helped keep me on track.
