I like to eat salad =] and of course bad things too =[ (PIZZA AND CHOCOLATE) I do eat alot of health check foods but lately after having him its been not too healthy because im tired. but i have been using my stairmaster and weights but i have to be careful because my 6 weeks isnt up yet my son is only a month old. I will be starting to do a more intense work out next week =] SOOOO EXCITED!
Well, you sound like you already have a pretty good plan in place.
Why don't you just spend the next couple of weeks resting, regaining your sea-legs ... Life will even out some and you'll have more time to think about you and what you really want to feed your body.
