Default New Here!

Hi everyone!

I just got set up and wanted to pop in to introduce myself. I'm looking forward to meeting people here getting some support as I try to lose this weight for good! I've been trying to lose the same 35 pounds for 4 years now. I lose, then gain, then lose, then gain . . . I'm sure some of you know the drill.

I've tried every diet out there and still haven't found anything that works. After talking with my doc it's back to basics . . . watching the calories and working out. Imagine that concept!

A little more about me . . . I'm 34, married, no children, have a great dog and cat and live in Dallas. I'm a marketing director and travel a couple of times a month for work. For fun I love to travel with my hubby and play Wii . . . my newest addiction!

I look forward to talking with you soon!

Tonia

Hi & Tonia!

Have a look around & post where you're comfortable ^^ We're all here to help eachother out!

We have a Calorie Counters area in "Diet Central". And there's a 30-Something area in Support Groups. You may like to have a look there.

Best of luck!

(PS - The Wii is great isn't it? ^^)

Hi, Tonia!
Yes, losing weight and maintaining it is actually quite simple in theory, isn't it?

Brandy, welcome to you, too!

Okay... we're all going to lose this weight for good. Let's get at it!
