Hi, I'm Ronni and found info about this site in a magazine. Needing support to help with the weight loss. I've always been overweight (yes, always, from the day after I was born!). Now, 45 years old, 5'1" and 241 lbs. I was over 260 last year this time, but took some off using the Flavor Point Diet. Works well, but the family got bored. Unfortunately, I gained a bit back over the holidays. Now, I'm trying to use parts of that plan and cut carbs to 60 grams or less per day. Found out I have a sensitivity to cane sugar and am also in the middle of early menopause, so I try to only take in natural carbs from veggies, fruits, and whole grains. Working so far. I drink a lot of water, as I don't like artificial sweeteners, so pop is out and I hate coffee and tea. Any support will be greatly appreciated! I've enjoyed reading some of the other questions and responses already. You all sound like a great bunch of 'fat chicks' and I'm looking forward to learning a lot!
