I'm New

  • Hello - I'm new here.

    I weighed myself this morning & weighed 239
    That's up from 221 right before Thanksgiving.

    I'm a binge eater & once I get started it's so hard for me to stop again.
    The Holidays are always a struggle for me and set me off again this year.

    My all time high was 283.
    My low was 165.
    I can maintain 170 -175 pretty easily when I'm not binging.

    I cycle up & down in approximately 10 year cycles.
    It's very discouraging, not to mention unhealthy.
    I'd like to be able to lose my excess weight & keep it off for good.

    I'm looking forward to meeting, making and supporting new new friends.
    I'm going to spend the day thinking about eating & exercise plans.
  • Welcome. My weight cycles also. I loose it but cant keep it off. THat is why I have chosen to count calories this time. I am also making healthier choices. FOr me exercise is the key to losing. I hate making myself exercise but I always feel so much better after I have exercised.
