Default Ready to get serious!
Hello all! My name is Holly Ann and I have struggled with my weight since I was in high school. Now that I am getting closer and closer to the ripe ole age of 30 I would like nothing more than to look the best I ever have! At my heaviest I was 225...that was about 3 years ago. I was able to drop 40lbs in about 8 months. But in the last 6 months I have gained all but 14lbs of it back! Yikes! I am ready to get serious about melting this extra poundage away! I am looking forward to getting to know all of you!

Has your 10 year high school reunion come up yet? (I'm not sure how close to 30 you are, it could have passed... haha)

You are well advised to take the weight off BEFORE you reach 30. Otherwise you'll be 40 before you know it. And then 50.
Jump in and post in a few threads... there's lots of great support here.
