New to the site and the Forum(s)

  • Hi! I am new to the site, have checked it out a few times and like the objective information that I saw.. so here I am. I have gained too much weight over the last 7 years, and then along came a baby... anyway I need to lose some weight before I can have another child... so I am hoping for some advice and support from others who know how hard it is to have potato chips and cookies in the house an NOT eat them!!


  • Is there a need for potato chips & cookies in the house? If you can't get them out completely, why not put them on a high shelf out of view?

    Have you thought about how you'd like to lose the weight? A food plan? Or exercise plan? Or both?
