Hi! I just found this site and am interested meeting some new people that may provide inspiration, motivation and support.
I just wanted to introduce myself:
I'm 25, 5'7" and have been successful at shedding close to 65 pounds. I'm hovering in the 175 range--just about 20 pounds from my goal weight but struggling to get past this last hump. I've recently taken up jogging and have worked my way up to a 5K. I'm now trying to continue the cardio and I've added weight-lifting. I've become exceedingly interested in fitness since I'm now in the best shape of my life. Most of all though, I love to hike and I try to get out as often as I can.

Have you looked at our "Exercise" forum? We have a "Cool Runners" thread, with runners at all levels. We also have the "Ladies who Lift" forum, which might be great for you to get advice and discuss.
