I am on WW and LOVE it! There is nothing I can't have I just have to find its point value and subtract it from my daily allowance. I especially like it because I am a carbivore!
Hi, I am on a personally created plan - a combination of eating whole foods + calorie counting. When I was losing weight, I concentrated on only eating foods with powerful nutritional properties, avoiding foods with limited nutritional value and counting calories carefully 1400-1600. Now that I am maintaining my weight loss, I still concentrate on eating whole foods but allow the occasional treat. I now estimate daily calories - 1800-2000.
I am on a relatively "new" plan. It was put out by Prevention Magazine. It is called the FLAT BELLY DIET. It jas a 4 day "jumpstart" which is designed to get rid of bloat. Then the real plan sets in...I am on Day 3 of Jumpstart. Basically is a 1600 a day plan; eating 4 smaller meals and one snack a day. They focos on one serving of Monounsaturated Fatty Acids (MUFAs) with each meal beginning on day 5. It is designed to promote fat loss especially viseral fat. So far it is going pretty well!!!
The plan I have been following for the last year is the Fat Flush Plan by Ann Louise Gittleman I found the book at the library, I kept going back to get it and now I finally bought it through Amazon... I also count calories and eat 5-6 times/day with a portion or protein at every meal which is called Body for Life by Bill Philips... I've combined all 3 plans to suit my needs...
