Hello there, I'm a SAHM and am GOING to lose weight and get into shape this is my goal and my promise to my sons.

YESSS...i know we can do it. i WILL do this, this time. I have to...the thought of diabetes and heart problems are starting to freak me out, plus id really like to fit into my old clothes =( lol

Welcome!!! I am from Texas also, and new to this forum. I found out almost a year ago that I am diabetic, so I have decided to make some major lifestyle changes.
