Hi i a 27 year old mum of two ,
I have let stress and emotions rule my life and gained alot of weight not taking care of myself..
I have spent years feeling like all i could do was look after my kids but i wasn't happy . Now my kids are getting more independant im starting to look after me .. i have lost 12 pounds since i started in december and i excesice daily tro shirt the pounds.
I enjoy my cross trainer (ellipitcal machine / bike ) and aerobics workouts and do half an hour of both each day , im sticking to 1950 calories a day which i have looked up and is what i should be on for my size lol..
Im 5'5 and currently 276 pounds . i was 288.8 in december so im happy to be on the move downwards . anyway hi to all .
