Spent waaaay too much time yesterday reading over posts. So much info on here about all types of diets. That is both good & bad for me as there are parts of so many diets that I like!
I started my diet October 1, 2006 & have lost a little over 100#s so far using Medifast & other meal replacements as well as just regular food low cal, lower carb, low fat dieting. This year I want to concentrate on health so I'm looking at YOAD & LAWL as possibilities once I get to goal. Maintenance...I never thought I would get there but it's in sight now. Yay!
