Hello everyone!

I have not posted before, but I have read alot here already and am so happy to find this site. The stories are so inspiring for me as I need to lose alot. I did South Beach before the gluttony of the holidays and before that used Biggest Loser recipes to lose some weight. I think now I just need to stick to something and start exercising.
It's really amazing how we let days, months, years go by in an unhealthy rut. I have said for years I need to really take control. And I have a few times, but end up giving up quickly. My husband and I both need to lose significant amounts of weight.
I have been fascinated reading the book Thin for Life by Anne Fletcher. I want to be a "master" too! I want to find something I can do for life.
It's great to be a member here and I look forward to chatting with you ladies.
