Weight-terrified to look after the holidays, I think it's going to be above 240
Motivation-I want to be healthy, I want to go to our next duty station thin, I want to be a mother, I want to walk into any store and be able to buy clothes that fit!

I'm hoping to find others with similar goals and interests as I have, people that I can encourage and who will be there for me in the same way.

I'm ready to stop the excuses, and take back control of my life!

Welcome!!! Our goals are somewhat similar. I also want to be a mother and go into any store and get clothes that fit....without having to look at the fabric and think to myself "ughhh thats gonna showcase my fatrolls bigtime" No excuses!!! just do it! (lol sound like a nike ad) anyhoo good luck, and i know youll get lots of support here!
