I forgot to mention I am up for advise on the best ways of monitoring my weight. I have the slimmers world handbook, I have the weightwatchers books, I have the NHS's weight loss scheme and I still have not been able to get stuck into any of them

. I think what put me off the weightwatchers and slimmers world was the group meetings I hated that not forgetting the cost! Think too much choice is my problem just need to keep things simple.
Also I am graduating on Feb 11th so I have a even shorter deadline to try to look good for pictures!
My goal is a 10% drop for the time being.
