I also LOVE sugar, so I've learned not to deprive myself of it, but let myself have a little something once a day, or whenever that craving hits(used to be 2-3 times a day, now usually only 2-3 times a week). Just try not to overdo it...it took me a long time working on this to actually listen to myself! You will fall, but you need to go right back at it again!
