Greetings, I love sugar

    New I am. Just got weighed and no surprise to why my clothes no longer fit.
    So I'm here to see how it is done.

  • I also LOVE sugar, so I've learned not to deprive myself of it, but let myself have a little something once a day, or whenever that craving hits(used to be 2-3 times a day, now usually only 2-3 times a week). Just try not to overdo it...it took me a long time working on this to actually listen to myself! You will fall, but you need to go right back at it again!

    I been working on my sugar, getting better, not great but better.

    I have yet to like coffee, tea is my thing. =)
