Hi, my name is Andrea and I am new here. I just gave birth to my son Aidan on September 21st. I only gained 17 lbs. while pregnant, and lost 20 when I had him, but had a lot a weight to lose before I got pregnant. I would guess I am right about 240 right now. I want to get down to 180 and then go from there. I have to try to keep myself motivated, so I am excited about finding this place. I don't have any specific diet plan I am following. I am just going for high protein, low-fat, cutting out white flour, white sugar, and processed foods. I'm going to add a lot of water to my diet, and take a multi-vitamin. I am going to add at least a little exercise every day, whether it be walking when it is nice or something indoors when it is too cold. I am kind of thinking that I will focus on 6 days a week, Mon-Sat and have the option of a Sunday off. I want to start out slow so I don't get burned out. I really want to reach my goal this time. I am looking for someone to buddy up with, support me as much as I support them. I am open to anyone who is committed to losing weight, preferably someone who has a similar amount to lose, who can go the whole way with me.
