Hi,
I'm an 18 year old college student who has always been chubby!! I weighed 165, and after my first year, I now weigh 200(yikes!). My last school had a lot of fast food, so I transferred, and now am in my second year of college. I've been losing inches using resistance bands and getting in some cardio, but I think I need some motivation because I'm so stressed from work in school!
I've lost the weight before, but it seems like it's harder to lose it now. Maybe I don't get enough excersise, but I feel sleepy all the time. I just don't know what else to do.

I definitely understand the difficulty in losing weight with the stress of school/studying/exams... Sometimes it's just so hard to be conscious of what you're eating.
