HELLO,
I'm new to the forum. Have not posted on forums before. I would like to know if anyone has some good suggestions for getting started on a weight loss program. I've tried Weight Watchers, which is a good program but was unable to stay with it. I almost feel like I need a baby step program to help me ditch my old habits. Exercise is not a problem... I have stayed active. So, any suggestions? Thanks!


Replace the sugary & even "diet" drinks with cool water. Focus on getting more vegetables & fruits with your meals or as snacks. Cut down to 1 serving instead of 2 or 3 servings. All little things, and no need to do them all at once. Build up! And keep going with that exercise!
