Hello everyone. I have been lurking here for sometime and just decided to create an account and become active. I LOVE this site and have lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks since I found this place.

Im not following any "diet" so to speak, I am just eating healthier, smaller, more frequent meals. Ive also cut out soda, cakes, etc. As for excercise Ive been walking 30 minutes every night and boy can I tell a huge difference in how I feel! Anyway I just wanted to say hi.
