We all have obstacles to overcome. You CAN do this. What may help...
Enlist your husband. Let him know why you want to do this, and if he wants snacks & sweets would he please limit them or only buy one for himself? Or hide them away so you won't be tempted that they're out on the counter.
Growing up with certain food types is HARD. Pastas, cheeses, beef... etc. (Mine was always starches like potatoes, and fatty meats in stews and the like.) We CAN limit them. It takes a little bit of adjustment but the best way for me was to simply have more fruits & vegetables on hand. needs to be done. Like paying bills or walking the dog... if you don't you end up walking in a big pile of... You can ALSO enlist the help of your husband with this! Ask him to help select delicious healthy foods, and to keep you company while shopping some of the time

You may also want to have one preparation day. Every Sunday prepare most of your dinners ahead of time. Then on Tuesday when you don't want to cook you just have to pop the whatever in the microwave or oven instead of preparing it that night! Easy
You CAN do this ^^ Best of luck!
