New to site
Hello everyone. i have been browsing this site for a while now, and finally have the motivation to start my lifestyle change. So many of you have already helped me by posting what you are going thru and making me realize that im NOT the only overweight woman around, and my problems with it are not unique.
I am 43 years old, and have been morbidly obese since i got pregnant with my first child at 19.. i gained from 130 to 225 during that pregnancy.. then i lost to 150 and got pregnant again at 21.. ended up 250 after that one, and it just kept on goin. I stayed around the 230-240 mark for years, and it really didnt bother me too much at that point as i could still do whatever i wanted to do.. it didnt slow me down at all.. but this last year i have put on tons, and i can really feel it.. all of a sudden i realize im getting older and cant walk more than 15 mins without feeling like i need a painkiller lol.
I am married to a wonderful man that is very supportive of me. He says the only thing about my weight that bothers him is that it is unhealthy and wants me around for eons...
Well, that is a lil about me in a nutshell.. i look forward to meeting loads of you and being able to offer my support when needed and getting support when needed.. which will prob be often esp at first lol

remy glad you joined us. Do you have a set pla for what you will be doing to loose the weight? Be sure to search the site as there is lots of info. Good luck and much success
