I heard about this site and am excited to be part of a group that can share our sucesses and help us overcome our obstacles. My name is Richelle and I am about 100 lbs overweight. I plan on working hard and doing what it takes to reach my goal. I hope to meet some new friends on here and learn new ways to change my unhealty ways! I have tried and attempted several time to lose weight and while some things worked for a while, I haven't been too sucessful at keeping it off. This time it is different. I want to start a family and be able to keep up with my little one. I am making a promise to myself, and I will not break it!
The 100 lb club is a great place to meet others with similar weight goals as you. Otherwise, just make a plan and start DOING it. You absolutely can lose the weight and keep it off for good...there are tons of examples of that here.
